His Story
Deacon William Frank Everette, 75, of Kansas City, Kansas departed this life on December 5, 2017, surrounded by family.
He was born July 13, 1942, in Morrilton, Arkansas. The son of William Frank and Lula Everette, and was the youngest of five siblings. He graduated from Menifee High School, in Menifee, Arkansas. He served in the United States Air Force, after an honorary discharge, he was employed by CertainTeed Fiber Glass company for 42 years.
Deacon William Frank married Lillie Mae Williams Everette, on July 26, 1984. After retirement he traveled and enjoyed spending time with his family. Deacon William Frank was an avid motorcycle enthusiast, an all-around competitor in all things ranging from wii bowling and golf, to dominoes, basketball, baseball, and football. He enjoyed cooking, and his favorite color was red. He was a faithful and active member of Oak Ridge Missionary Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon, chairman of the deacon board, and as member of the Board of Directors.
Deacon William Frank was preceded in death by his daughter, Nuretha Roberts.
He is survived by his wife, Lillie Mae, his son, Brad Balaban of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; his daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Terrence Wilson of Shawnee, Kansas; his son and daughter-in-law, Maurice “Reece” and LeKesha Roberts of Olathe, Kansas; five grandchildren, Terence Jr., TyAaron, Tyler, McKenzie, and Maurice; and a host of relatives and friends.
