I was so sad to here of Grandma Hortense passing. I had the opportunity to work with grandma during her time at Stony Point North. It was pure joy and laughter, days I would never forget. I continued to call and catch up with grandma as often as possible. Grandma your conversations are already truly missed. You looked so beautiful today with that heart warming smile on your first for the last time. I love you and thank you for being a part of my life FOREVER!
