I really don't know where to start. We were just talking about the curve balls that life throws us encouraging each other to stay faithful to God and keep holding on to God's unchanging hand. You weren't just my classmate you were family, my grandmother is missing you and talks about how good you kept her yard looking. I will forever remember your smile, kind words, encouragement, of course the jokes, many talks and what a gentle giant you were. I love you forever. R.I.P. RJ, I can't believe you're gone my brotha. When we first met at the water fountain in Nation Hall in 1994 and you offered me some of your instant sweet tea, it seemed like we had known each other all our lives. We became instant friend that day and remained so until you were called home. I will always cherish our friendship, discussions, celebrations and obstacles. Sorry for your loss Tiffany and Zion. Such a young age for a child to lose her father, but know Tiffany is a strong young woman who will guide her daughter through this trying time. To RJ's family, we offer our sincere condolences to you. We are the mother and sisters of Roscoe. RJ was a like a son and little brother to us. We shared many family moments with him and always enjoyed his presence during our family functions. We will miss him dearly. We will continue to be in prayer for your loss. My condolences to your family. I met RJ in college at Pittsburg state university. We clicked right away which was a true blessing. RJ was one of the most wonderful friends one could ever have. He was kind, considerate, loving, caring, and so funny. He could always make me laugh. He treated me like his little sister although I was older than him. :-) I can't say enough about my friend. I will always love him and he is going to be missed dearly.
