I met Pastor Gray while I was staying at 3H when it was on Linwood. It seemed like my whole family abandoned me. Pastor Gray would come and talk with us regularly. I couldn't wait to see him. When i would see him i would hang on to his every word. I knew he would say something that would have me laughing for the rest of the night. He knew how to bring people's spirits up. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He knew how to relate to people that were struggling with anything: Pastor Gray could get through to anyone.
I will miss him always................

Dear family.  I was so sorry to hear of my cousins transition from this life.
I am his Aunt Willie Mae's daughter.  He and I shared the ministry.  He
loved his ministry.  Living in California we didn't see each other much but I've always felt a closeness to him because of his love for ministering to the needs of the people. My prayer is that you hold precious memories in your heart until we all meet again. I love you all.

Dear family of Gregory,
My condolences on your loss of Gregory,
I wish to share comfort from the Bible, at this sad time in your lives.
The Bible teaches that one day in the near future our Creator, Jehovah God, by means of the ransom sacrifice of his son, Jesus, will reunite us with our dead loved ones by means of a resurrection right here on earth in paradise conditions that will be filled with peace, happiness, and perfect health for everyone. (John 5:28,29; Psalm 37:9-11,29; Isaiah 33:24)
As you read the above texts from your Bible, may the  wonderful hope they give us, along with loving memories bring you a measure of comfort during this most difficult time.
There is much Bible-based comfort to be found on the website www.jw.org
sincerely dianne mullins

Words cannot express the love I have for the late Rev. Gray, he was a friend, mentor, and a father figure to me.  We met in 1995 when I was introduced to him by one of his children. Since then our relationship took on a life of its own. He wanted what was best for me and made it a point to tell me often. He called me his daughter and was proud of the things that I have achieved since our first meeting.  I would call him every father’s day and he would say “Mimi, girl, I knew you was going to call, I was just telling Cyn, she is going to call any minute now”. He took pride in his father day call and I loved to make that call because he was “Dad” to me.  I will miss you dad, I loved our relationship, the time we shared, the way you told the same stories when I came to visit you :+)   and the valuable advice you gave me alone the way.  I know that I will see you again but until then I will be sure to pray for your beautiful wife and encourage those around me like you did daily.   I love you and God bless you for sharing your journey with me.
Your daughter in Christ Mimi.

I am so sorry for your loss. I will continue to keep your family in my prayers. I loved Greg so much and listening to him preach was always a delight. He had a way with the youth including myself to grab their attention to learn more about the love of Christ.  He will truly be missed.

To the family:  Greg was a wonderful friend, a great listener, and a great counselor. He was very caring and compassionate.  You could talk with him about any problems, and he would always relate with a story that was humorous but had a definite message.  Greg inspired us all to do better and we will never forget him.  May the Lord Bless and Comfort You.     Alan L. Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. ( Isaiah 41:10)

Greg was a great man, and a great friend.  He blessed many people and will be missed in this life.  The good news is that he is cracking jokes with the angels and our Lord Jesus Christ.  He will live on in his legacy of family and ministry.

Cynthia,Karen, Corliss, Gilbert, and all my cousins
You know Greg will be greatly missed, although I did not get to talk with him or all of you, that often, one thing I can say is that, we all always have a "Walters" bond that always keeps us connected. I will miss the Laughter, and just the insight he had about individual family members.  He will always be my mom "Shirley's" baby and he had always treated me as such, his little "Tammy".  Our heart may have 4 chambers, but he has a piece of it.  Family we will have fond memories of him and remember his Love for our Heavenly Father for we always shall share this with him.
May God give you Peace beyond understanding.

Love Your Family/Cousin
