In May of 1986, Terri met the love of her life Denard Foreman.  On July 24, 1992 they were united in marriage.  She always said, it was love at first sight and she knew he was the one.

Terri confessed her love of the Lord at an early age at Allen Chapel A. M. E. Church of Quindaro. She later rededicated her life to Christ and was baptized at New Life International New Life Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Keith Wesley Christ at an early age and was baptized at New Life in Christ in 1991 by Pastor Keith Wesley Sr. She remained active in the church for many years and served in various capacities including Usher Board, kitchen committee, women’s and couples ministries. Terri worked in the Kansas City area throughout her adult life in administrative, pharmaceutical and customer service roles.  She worked for Kansas State Grain Department (5 yrs.), Pfizer (5 yrs.) and retired after 20 years’ service with Marion Laboratories, Kansas City, Missouri.

With a gentle, friendly, easy going personality she was loved and admired by many and will be truly missed.  Throughout her life, Terri truly loved her family and was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.  Terri was a caregiver, confidant, and friend to all who needed her.  She was a devoted Christian and continually prayed and shared her faith with many making sure they accepted Christ in their lives.  Terri loved cooking preparing meals, and serving others.  She truly put her all into every dish prepared.  Her specialties included 7-up pound cake and macaroni and cheese, which were always requested by family and friends.
