Mark Anthony Payne was born February 8, 1990 to Hubert West and Jeannie Payne in Kansas City, Missouri.

Mark was a person with a huge personality out of this world.  He love telling jokes and keeping smile on people’s faces.  His biggest hobby was drawing.  Mark had an eye for art. He loved spending time with his friends and family. His family enjoyed calling him the “Ladies Man” and “Grill Master”.

Mark loved spending time with his children.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories; his children, Jah’Myia-Kinney-Payne of Kansas City, Kansas, Ka’niyah Donahue of Kansas City, Missouri; his parents, Hubert West and Jeannie Von Payne; his sisters, Corri J. Nance (Laurent C. McCambry); Eboney Payne of Kansas City, Kansas; and Molly Robinson-Payne of Kansas City, Missouri; three nephews, Dionysis A. Nance; Terrell A. Williams, II; and Nasir Williams; and a host of other relatives and friends.
