I would like to express how deeply sorry I am for your loss! I know this is a very difficult time for your family. I lost my mother and brother a few months ago. My mom past away in September and my brother in December. So I know how painful losing someone you love can be. But what helped me cope and bring some comfort, is knowing what the Bible says in the book of (John 11:11-14.) Notice that Jesus compared death to sleep. Lazarus (was Jesus friend) but Lazarus was neither in heaven nor in a burning hell. So when we die we are simply sleeping, not suffering or in distress or pain of any kind. Read (Psalms 146:4) His spirit/life goes, he returns to the ground, on that very day his thoughts do perish. But, there is a hope of seeing our love ones again and very soon. (Job 14:15)You (Jehovah) God will call, and I (your loved one) will answer you. Read (John 5:28,29) Those in memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. Please Read (Revelation 21:4) when you have some time. Thank You for your time. I wish you and your family well!

We are saddened to hear of your wonderful mother's passing. She was our dearest friend for over 50 years. Ironic God called for her and our love one Howard Swancy on the same day. We had a private service for her in Atlanta and lit a on burning candle in our church. May they be supremely happy with God forever.

I am so sorry for your loss. Doris was one of my supervisors when I worked for Social Security. I enjoyed my time in her department and she was a great boss. I pray for God's comfort and peace for her family and friends. Barb (Meeks) Salzer
