Losing a loved one is distressing and as comfort is needed from family and friends, it is my hope your family will find comforting the promise at Isaiah 25:8 where we are assured that soon "death will be swallowed up forever." It is my hope your family will find the strength to endure during the days ahead.

Our prayers are with the family. As a friend of the family, and the interactions with Ms. Davis through her granddaughter Gina, I (Everett) grew fond of Ms. Davis. She was one sweet woman with a good sense of humor. We are in prayer with the family, but also rejoice in knowing that she is at peace.

Ms Jean, was just a lovely woman. We had her in our exercise class at Landon Center on Aging for many years. We miss her! May you all find peace and know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
