I am so sorry to hear of Arthur's death. I have tried to locate Arthur several times over the last years but to no luck. I was stationed with Arthur in the Navy and was a great friend of mine. I can still see his bright smile.

So sorry to hear about the loss and homegoing of your father! I loved seeing Arthur come in the door -- he was always fun to talk with and always gave us something to laugh about. He will truly be missed. My prayers for your entire family!

To Arthur's family: all of Arthur's friends here at the Unified Government's Building Inspections Division, Rental License Div, and Business License Div send our sincere condolences. Arthur will be sorely missed here: his laughter, his jokes, his good humor. We are all shocked and saddened by his passing.
