WILLIE CRAFT JONES OBITUARY
Willie Craft Jones, 81, passed away on September 29, 2025, at Carnegie Village in Belton, MO. She was born on December 29, 1943, in Memphis, TN, to Ted Craft Sr. and Natalie Craft (Blackwell).
Willie grew up in Memphis, TN, and graduated from Douglass High School.
She went on to work for Firestone as a bead machinist, where she remained for 15 years. Willie later started her own business as a beauty supply store owner and eventually became a healthcare provider.
Willie married David in 1961 in Memphis, TN. They were happily married for 20 years.
She enjoyed gardening, playing Tonk, cheering loudly for the Kansas City Chiefs, and being the life of the party.
Willie was preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Natalie Craft; her brother and sister-in-law, Ted and Teresa Craft; and her great-grandson, Kylen Moore.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and William Sage; her son and daughter-in-law, Derek and Connie Jones; her grandchildren, Krizia Johnson, Erica Jones, Chelsey Jones, Charves (Annabelle) Hervey, and Nicholas Jones; five great-grandchildren, Eric Henderson III, Carter Moore, Emir Simmons, Maceo Render, and Anayah Hervey; two sisters, Natalie Barge and Olivia Franklin; two nieces, Anaelynn Barge-Howell and La’Quita Craft; one nephew, Lawrence Franklin; and a host of other relatives and friends.
