Vincent Deion Hollinshed

His Life

Vincent Deion Hollinshed 57 passed away on September 11, 2021, at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.  He was born on August 26, 1964, in Kansas City Kansas to Theodis and Virginia (Dodd) Hollinshed.

Vincent grew up in Kansas City.  He attended Kansas City Kansas Public Schools.  Vincent also competed and medaled in the Special Olympics.  Vincent was employed with Wyandotte County Development for over 20 years.  He was a faithful member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church (KCK) for over 40 years.  A lover of old school R&B music and spending time with family. 

Vincent was preceded in death by his parents Theodis; and Virginia Hollinshed; brother, Anthony Hollinshed. 

Vincent is survived by aunts, uncles and a host of other relatives and friends.
