Vikki Lynette Vann was born January 23, 1964 in Kansas City, Kansas to Kenneth Vann and Alberta L. Cleveland Vann.  Vikki grew up in Kansas City, Kansas and graduated from Wyandotte High School in the Class of 1982.  After high school Vikki worked for the IRS for several years as a Data Processor then she when on to work for the family business Firework Distribution for 20 years.

Vikki enjoyed dancing, along with all activities.

Vikki Lynette Vann passed away October 16, 2019 at Estate of Spanish Lake in St. Louis, Missouri. Preceding Vikki in death her parents, Kenneth and Alberta Vann; and sister, Vivian Foster. 

Vikki leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Durayl Vann of Kansas City, Kansas; grandchild, Zimir Brown of Denver, Colorado; brother, Derek Vann Sr. (Ramona) of Blue Springs, Missouri; Nephews, Damon Jackson; and Derek Vann Jr. (Alicia) of Kansas City, Kansas; Kalen Vann of Blue Springs, Missouri; an aunt, Lois Gilmore of Pittsburg, Kansas.
