Teresa Frazier Obituary

Teresa Frazier was born on June 22, 1960, in Kansas City, Kansas. She was the beloved daughter of Betty Jean Stell and Clarence Thomas Jones Sr., who, along with her brother Clarence Jones Jr., preceded her in death.

On Wednesday, July 9, 2025, Teresa peacefully transitioned from this life in the comfort of her home, surrounded by the love she so freely gave to others.

Teresa was educated in the Kansas City, Kansas District 500 Public Schools. From a young age, she carried a spirit of determination and hard work. She devoted much of her career to serving the community, including her time as a school bus driver for the Kansas City, Missouri School District. Her work ethic and dedication left a lasting impression on those around her.

Known for her vibrant personality and impeccable sense of style, Teresa had a gift for turning heads. Shopping was one of her favorite hobbies, and she stayed on top of the latest fashion trends with confidence and flair.

Beyond her style, Teresa's heart found its greatest joy in her family. She especially loved barbecuing and creating memories with her grandchildren. Whether rain or shine, she was present at their events and milestones, always cheering them on with pride. Her love for her grandchildren was deep and unwavering.

Teresa also held a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews. Her bond with them was filled with laughter, wisdom, and unconditional love.

More than anything, Teresa lived a life of giving. She shared her time, her warmth, and her unshakable faith with everyone she loved. She was the kind of person who could brighten a room with her smile and lift spirits with her laughter. To know her was to love her.

Teresa was truly one of a kind, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She Leaves to Cherish Her Memory: Her four devoted sons: Troy Jones, Edward King III, Ricky Frazier Jr., and Ramone Frazier; Her loving sisters: Rachel Womack, Ann Gant, Margurite Walker, and Clarnice Wilson, all of Kansas City, Kansas; Patricia Jones of Honolulu, Hawaii; and Patricia Miller of Windermere, Florida; Seventeen cherished grandchildren and five precious great-grandchildren; A host of adored nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends; A dear and special friend: Marvin Floyd; Her companion: Omni Carter; Teresas life was a testimony of love, strength, and grace.
