Life’s Reflection

Talisha Fay Taylor Johnson, 41, passed away on May 30, 2020 in Kansas City, Kansas.  She was born on January 22, 1979 in Kansas City, Kansas to Vertee Porter and Mae Taylor Porter.  Talisha grew up in Kansas City, Kansas.  She graduated from J. C. Harmon High School in Kansas City, Kansas in 1998.  She worked in the Health Care field as a CNA.

Talisha married Anthony Michael Johnson in 2010 in Kansas City, Kansas.  They were happily married for 10 years.  Talisha was a loving giving person, she enjoyed going to the lake, being with family and friends.  She also loved dancing, laughing, and praising The High Yah.

Talisha was preceded in death by her brother, Kenny Porter.  She survived by her children, Lasharae Daniels; Isaiah Taylor; Ama Jahnae Johnson of Overland Park, Kansas; her grandchildren,  Myla; Lauren; and Isaiah Jr.; her mother, Mae Taylor; her siblings, Kevin Porter; Jeannie Williams; Cathy Hervey; Larry Hervey; and Rob Taylor of Kansas City, Kansas; Rick Taylor; Vertee Porter Jr. Alvin Porter; James Porter; Sherry Rivers; Louise Porter; Lorenda Ikerd; and Demetria Ellis; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
