Rochelle was born July 21, 1976 to Pamela McKnight (Bowser) and Donald G. Bowser.
Rochelle is preceded in death by her grandparents, Morris (PaPa) and Helena (MeMa) Coles, Brother Donnie Bowser, Niece Sandrea Sipple.
She lived most of her life in Kansas City Kansas attending Fairfax and Hawthorne (Caruthers) elementary schools in USD 500, East Middle School in Aurora, Colorado, graduating from Washington High School USD 500. Rochelle received an associate degree from KCKCC.
Rochelle worked as a data processor, bank teller, cosmetologist/beautician and a CNA. Her last assignment was as a tax examiner for the IRS.
She attended Greater Jerusalem Baptist Church as a child and as an adult.
She found great pleasure in her children her most cherished accomplishments, creating different cosmetic products, her job at the IRS and her extended family and friends at the IRS.
She leaves to cherish her memory her Mother, Pamela McKnight, KCK, Father, Donald Bowser KCK, Brothers Morris Sipple Denver, Co., Gregory Bowser KCK. Her Children, all of Kansas City Kansas, Ranisha Sampson, John Smith V and Johnelle Smith. Great Aunt Rita Hamilton. Special friend John Smith and family. Her IRS co-workers/family. A host of loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
