Marcia Ann Ellis was born on September 26,1964 in Kansas City, Kansas to her parents Raymond Wilson and Geraldine (Beasley) Wilson.

Marcia grew up in Kansas City, Kansas where she attended public schools, she graduated with her Kansas State High School Equivalency in 1983.  After receiving her GED, she attended Kansas City Kansas Community College where she earned her Associates in Business and also earned her certificate in being a Certified Nursing Assistant.  She also received her CDL.

After College, she went on to work for First Student as a bus driver for the school district where she worked for 26 years, she retired 2018.

Marcia married Jeffery Don Burns in 1985, to this union several children were born, they were married for 20 years.  As a member of Church of Hope, Marcia enjoyed spending time with family and friends and also enjoyed cooking and listening to music.

Marcia passed away on September 4, 2020 at Olathe Medical Center.  She was preceded in death by her Mother, Geraldine Beasley; father, Raymond Wilson; son, Henton Henry Bryant IV; grandson, Darerious Tyrell Moore; sister, Joyce Wilson; brothers, Ronald Lee Wilson; Raymond Wilson III; and Steven Wilson.

She leaves to mourn her passing Her spouse Henton Henry Bryant Jr of Kansas City Kansas; her sons, Raymond Charles Brunson Sr.; and Joseph Laster III; her daughters, Monica Green, Martina Burns; Markesha Burns all of Kansas City, Kansas; her sister, Pamela Jean Wilson-Sober of Kansas City Kansas; her grandchildren, Jermaine Taylor Jr.; Jada Taylor; Amiracle Taylor; Angellik Green; Marteisha Cowan; Marcus Cowan Jr.; Martrice Cowan; Calvin Moore III; Martrina Moore; Martrinity Moore; Martanah Burns; Marcus Randolph Jr.; Marcina Crawford; Marcieanne Randolph; Lloydianna Stevenson; Raymond Brunson Jr.; Ray’sean Brunson; and Arrayah Brunson; her great-grandchildren, Athena Taylor; and  Dea Taylor; a host of other relatives and friends.
