Lorenzo Johnson Story

Lorenzo Stefan Johnson 24, Passed away June 13, 2022, while working at Brown Strauss Steel Inc. in Kansas City Kansas.  He was born on November 9, 1997, in Kansas City Kansas at Providence Hospital to Selena Freemon Johnson and Franklin Ollie.  Lorenzo grew up in Kansas City.  Lorenzo was a multi-talented athlete he played track and football.  But The game he loved the most was basketball.  Lorenzo first started playing basketball in the third-grade winning trophies and medals as he got older his love, dedication, and talent for the sport grew.  Lorenzo was a very outgoing and fun person to be around.  Lorenzo loved to dance, and rap and enjoyed being around his family.  Lorenzo enjoyed playing video games and Lorenzo could draw he was very artistic.  He could light up a room just by walking into it Lorenzo could bring a smile to anyone's face.  Lorenzo was truly something special. He Graduated from Southwest Early Community College in 2015.

After High School

Lorenzo began working at McDonald's as a Manager, where he worked for two years, and then he began working for Wendy's as a Manager as well where. he worked for two - half years.  He also works for temp services where he did warehouse work and later on, he ventured off and started working as an Oil Change Technician at Jiffy Lube. 

Lorenzo was preceded in death by his grandfather, Enorch Johnson; his great-aunt, Eleonora Waston; and his uncle, Enorch Johnson “JR”.

Lorenzo is survived by his son, Stefan Lee Johnson of Kansas City Kansas; and his daughter, Zyonia Ann Necole Johnson of Abilene Texas; his mother, Selena Ann Freemon Johnson; his father, Franklin Javon Ollie; his grandmothers, Cecilia Blount; Linda Ollie; Yvonne Jones; his siblings, Lashai Ailene Stevenson; Laila Tan’i Stevenson; Lebron James Stevenson; Lamar Allen Johnson-Freemon; Franklin Ollie; Tatyanna Ollie; his cousins, Kevin Treyvon Johnson; Myron Courtney; Marcus William Dawn; a host of other families and friends.
