Lillie Mae (Jones) Estell

Lillie M. Estell, 74, passed away on May 1st, 2026, at her daughter Scherry's house in Kansas City, MO. Lillie M. Estell was born December 4th, 1951, to Matilda Lee Ross and Percy Jones.

Lillie was born in Robinsonville, Mississippi, where she attended Rosa Fort High School, and later moved to Kansas City, Missouri. Lillie became employed at Guadalupe Center while studying for her GED.

Lillie later started working for E.O.F as a teacher for early childhood development.

Lillie was a mother to 9 children. Shirley, Scherry, Michael, Gary, Alfonzal, Donald, Daniel, David Lee, and Dion G.

Lillie was preceded in death by her mother, Matilda Lee Ross; her father, Percy Jones; her two sons, Dion Estell and David Estell; two grandsons, Michael Harris and Robert Bradley; and her niece, Sherl Webb.

Lillie is survived by her two daughters, Shirley Jones and Scherry Bradley; her five sons, Michael Jones, Gary Jones, Alfonzal Jones, Donald Estell and Daniel Estell; her three sisters, Mary, Steen, and Dilline; her three brothers, Percy Jr, Darral Lee and Jerome; her 26 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews and friends who morn her passing.
