Jayon Charles Anthony Blakey

Jayon was born September 28, 1998 in Topeka, Kansas to Jaimond Martin and Eugina Blakey 

 He was the oldest of three children. 

 Jayon's uncles Charles Blakey, Eric Jackson and cousin Velik Henderson proceed him 

 in death. 

 Jayon was baptized at an early age at Salem Baptist Church by Rev. Tony Carter Jr. 

While at Salem he attended church faithfully and participated in many activities 

of the church. 

He attended Welborn Elementary, west middle school, F. L. Schlage High School and graduated from Lawrence Gardner High School.

 Jayon went to school to become an Osha certified Brick Mason and at the time of 

death was employed with Aspen Paper Products. 

Jayon had a smile and laugh that would melt your heart! He strongly loved being with his 

family and friends. 

Jayon loved to dress, play video games and also loved interacting with children. 

His greatest love in life was his brothers. 

 He leaves to mourn his passing, his father and mother, brothers, Jordan and Jailond Martin,

Grandparents Jeffrey and Karen Martin, Vienna Williams; Uncles and Aunts Je'Juan Martin, Ivan Jackson, Georinda Williams, LaVera Miller, Erica Jackson, Tamika Jackson, Sharday Jackson, Orlando Blakey, Yolanda Blakey. Aquilla Scott, Breana Morrison.  Special Aunt Tanisha Davis. A Special brother Maurice Williams as well as a host of cousins and friends.
