JAKOB LEFFERT Obituary

Jakob Montgomery Leffert, 30, of Kansas City, KS, went home to be with his Lord and Savior in the early hours of November 4, 2024. Jakob came into this world on a bright sunny day August 31, 1994. Jakob was born to Jeffrey A. Leffert and Gina M. Leffert-Paige; he was the light of their world, a true miracle baby. Jakob has two siblings, a brother Jakxon Leffert-Paige, and a sister Meagan Garrett, who loved him beyond words, and he influenced their lives in a positive manner. Jakob was blessed to have a bonus “father” Joel T. Paige (stepfather), in which a very close bond was formed and developed into a very loving relationship. Joel came into Jakob’s life when he was only five years old.

Jakob married Lexi, the love of his life on their favorite holiday July 4, 2023, celebrating with the sparks of fireworks, beginning their happily married life together. Jake and Lexi had a zest for life and spent time enjoying it to the fullest over the course of their relationship.

Jakob attended Bethel Elementary School, Eisenhower Middle School, and Washington High School, and completed his high school education at Hutchison Home School Academy. Jakob attending KCKCC Technical College specializing in Automotive Restoration. Jakob was awarded his class A CDL with multiple endorsements from APEX in Kansas City, in 2016.

Jakob had an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, and he was not afraid to take chances. He was the CEO of two successful companies Diamond Details KC and Leffert Logistics LLC. Jakob was proud of his accomplishments and worked hard to build a positive reputation in the community among his peers, making his family and friends proud. Jakob made friends easily and developed many lifelong friendships. Jakob had a smile bigger than life, and a laugh that will be missed by many. Everyone who knew Jakob understood he loved and appreciated tasty food that he cooked himself, attending family and friends’ gatherings, listening to good loud music, and driving fast beautiful cars.

Jakob was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Ernie and Sue Smith and his paternal grandfather, John Leffert as well as his Uncle Gary Leffert.

Left behind to cherish his memories are his wife Alexis M. Leffert; his parents Gina Leffert-Paige (Joel Paige) and Jeff Leffert (Robbyn); his grandmother Rosalie Leffett; his siblings Jakxon Leffert-Paige and Meagan (Monti) Garrett; in-laws, Eric and Tonya Yeager;  as well as numerous other family members, including aunts, uncles, and cousins.
