Eloise Josephine Johnson was born to Lomie and Josephine Johnson on March 14, 1940, in Pensacola, FL.  Preceding her in death is her husband of 50-year, Willie C. Anderson; her mother, Josephine Johnson; father, Lomie Johnson; grandson, Terrance Weaver; stepsisters, Lomie Johnson; and Margaret Crumbs.

Eloise graduated in 1959 from Booker T. Washington High School in Pensacola, Florida where she enjoyed being part of the cheerleading squad.

She fell in love and married Willie C. Anderson in 1961, while he was serving in the U.S. Navy.  After moving around due to his military service they settled in Kansas City, Kansas in 1968.

Eloise joined St. Peters CME church in 1970.  She served on the usher board 2, stewardess board, planned fashion shows, and helped with numerous fundraisers. She was always very supportive of the ministry.

Eloise attended the The National Institute of Cosmetology where she obtained both her Master of Art and Beauty culture in 1990.  She later received her Doctorates in 1993. She owned and operated Lois Beauty Salon for 45 years until she retired.

Eloise departed her life peacefully at her home on March 25, 2022.  She leaves behind six children, Marshall Anderson; Sylvia Taylor; Trina Durham; Frank Anderson (Patrice); Willie Anderson Jr.; and Irene Platt (Jeffrey); 11 grandchildren, Trina (Samuel Sr.); Romayne (Chase); Ashly; Sylvia (aka Puffy); Steven; Tamesha; Reginald; Shakerra; Carl; Sydney; and Cobe; 20 great grandchildren; brother; Richard (Jane); sisters, Sylvia; and Lucy; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
