Devin Deontrae Sparkman was called home in the early hours of Friday, September 08, 2023.  Devin D., son of Tracey Lowery, Larry Douglas (The Father who raised him), and his Biological Father Jerald Sparkman Sr., was born on November 03, 1998, in Kansas City, Kansas. He leaves behind Grandparents Marilyn & William Nelson and Willie Lowery as well as six siblings, Jearld Sparkman Jr., Darnell Sparkman, Keion Sparkman (Ashley), Larry Douglas Jr., Torian Sparkman, and Jasmine Sparkman. As well as 5 Aunts, 3 Uncles and 4 nephews. He is also predeceased in death by his grandparents Larry D. & Brenda J. Sparkman. Devin lived a large portion of his life in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Ruskin High School in 2017.  Devin was an artist in his own right, he was a master at drawing and as he got older his craft was perfected.  He also was a big prankster. Devin loved to make people laugh, and watch sports Basketball and football, the Chiefs were his team. He was a protector of his mother, brothers, nephews & cousins.  He wasn’t a stranger to anyone because he accepted everyone as a friend. He loved long walks and having fun. Devin Deontrae Sparkman will truly be missed so dearly by his Family and friends.
