DEMARCUS HOUSTON Obituary

DeMarcus Anthony Houston, Jr “Booter / Boots” was born December 26, 2005 to DeMarcus Anthony Houston Sr. and Jessica Rene Doyal in Kansas City, KS. He was joined in death by his brother Marquise Leman Rose. DeMarcus was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Bobbie Jo Houston.

DeMarcus completed his early education in the KCMO school district. He later attended high school at Shawnee Mission West, and lastly Shawnee Mission Northwest High school where he was set to be the class of 2024. He was a respected student, and a great friend.

DeMarcus was formerly employed at Walmart grocery store in Lenexa, Kansas.

DeMarcus was a loving son, brother, nephew, father, and uncle. He made sure anyone that came around had a smile on their face at least once while in his presence. He loved so hard and took so much pleasure in loving others. DeMarcus loved to spend time with his brothers, laughing, roasting, and playing video games. His signature side smile, laugh, love, and hugs will be missed and cherished every day.

DeMarcus left his journey on earth and began his journey in Heaven on November 16, 2023.

DeMarcus leaves to cherish his memory both parents, DeMarcus Anthony Houston Sr. and Jessica Rene Doyal; One son, De’miri Anthony Hill-Houston; three loving brothers: Tyric Rose, Jaylen Fenell-Callands, and Jakobe Doyal. Three nephews and a niece: Tyreece, Royal, and Marquise Jr. and Alani. He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Hosie and Peggy Doyal.  Paternal grandpa, Lanthan Griffen. Three aunts, Lesley Walker, Amber Doyal and Teauntre Houston, a great aunt Debra Hollinshed. One uncle, Andre Houston. A host of cousins, Great Aunts and Uncles, friends, and classmates. DeMarcus also had a village of uncles that looked out for him; Tristian Luster, Roderick Lawton, George Manning and BJ.
