Life’s Reflection
Corrine McConnell was born on December 24, 1932 in Shreveport Louisiana to Leola Buffin and Anthony Rashelle.
After graduating from Donnelly College, she began working as a housekeeper. After a while she went back to school for her certificate and license in nursing to pass Medication and be a Caregiver. She loved working with her clients and talking to her patients. She worked hard at her job by being very compassionate, where she worked herself up to be a Hospice Nurse.
Corrine loved cooking, being with her family and friends, loved to read and loved clothes. Corrine live in her home for more than 50 plus years. She was truly a Kansas City Chief’s fan. She was a loving and giving person, she gave to many different organizations.
Corrine was preceded in death by her father, Anthony Rashelle and her mother, Leola Buffin Brown.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Oliver Jones; her daughter, Adrian Sauls; grandchildren, Shawn Morgan; Heidi Harris; Paige Jones; Frank Call; Duane Weaver and Lateefah Jones; and 13 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; other relatives and friends.
