Life’s Reflection

Adrian Dwayne Williams, 31, passed away on November 20, 2021, in Topeka, Kansas.  He was born on March 20, 1990, in Kansas City, Kansas to Ben Grant and Jackie Williams.  Raised by his Mother Jackie Jarrett and Father Gregory Jarrett.  Adrian grew up in Kansas City, Kansas, and Olathe Kansas.  In his early years, he received an education in the Kansas City, Kansas Public School district.  Adrian was an adventurous, imaginative, and caring young man.  He had many friends and loved to be out amongst the neighborhood kids, riding bikes, playing in creeks, any type of sport, you name it, he wasn’t afraid to do anything. Later on in adolescent years, he went on to graduate from Olathe East High School.  Adrian was happily employed at Tyson Foods.  He was recently planning to relocate to Topeka, Kansas.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ben Grant; grandparents, Artena M. Williams; and Jack Williams, and his brother, Gregory Jarrett Jr…

He leaves to cherish his beloved father and mother Gregory Jarrett Sr. and Jackie Jarrett, Olathe Kansas; his sisters, Kayla Jarrett, Olathe, Kansas; Brittany Sims, Kansas City, Kansas; Brene' Grant, Kansas City, Missouri; Briana Grant, Kansas City, Kansas; his grandparents, Willie and Joyce Jarrett, Kansas City, Kansas; uncle Clarence Smith, Tukwila, Washington; dearest "Auntie" Sheilah Smith, Kansas City, Kansas; aunt Trina Sipple, Kansas City, Kansas; uncle Anthony Jarrett, Kansas City, Kansas; his children, Johnathan Williams; A'mauriyana Taylor (Ya-Ya); Tomi Williams; and bonus daughter, A'mauriyae Taylor;  Adrian also has many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends who will miss him deeply as well.  

In lieu of spoken tributes. The family asked to share personal experiences and life reflections of Adrian on paper.  A memorial box will be available.  These life reflections will allow his children a chance to know their father from the perspective of others.
