William “Billy” O’Neal was born May 30, 1948 in Pickens, Arkansas, son of Charlie Edwards and Katie Elliott-Crabtree. He graduated from Central High School. In 1968 William enlisted in the Air Force. He served 4 years.

William worked at General Motors Fairfax Assemble Plant for 30 plus years. Billy loved to play golf.

Billy leaves to cherish his memories mother Katie Elliott-Crabtree; three sisters, Karen Hicks; Kathy Hicks of Garland, Texas; and Sharlene Crabtree of Kansas City, Missouri; niece, LaShawnda (Rick) Baker of Rowlett Texas; nephew, William Shaw, Jr. of Kansas City, Missouri; and 5 great nieces, 2 great nephews and 1 great-great nephew; a host of aunts, uncles, and friends.
