Life Reflections Of Pensacola Crenshaw

Penny was born May 30, 1932 to Mr. Vern and Mrs. Effie Riddle in a small town of Cotton Plant, Arkansas. She was the fifth born to this union of six children. She attended school in Arkansas.

Penny united in holy matrimony to Willie S. Crenshaw Sr. in the 1950’s, then later move to Kansas City, Kansas. Four children were born to this union.

She confessed her life to Christ at an early age and united with Bible Temple Baptist Church, as a member of the Mother Board, where she served faithfully until her health failed. Her favorite hobby was fishing. She worked twenty plus years in Retail at Montgomery Wards at Indian Springs Mall.

Penny was preceded in death by her husband Willie S. Crenshaw Sr.; daughter, Audrey Crenshaw; sons, Marvin Crenshaw and Russell Crenshaw.

Penny leaves to cherish her memory one surviving son, Willie S. Crenshaw Jr. of Kansas City, Kansas; a host of family and special friends.
