Michael Dawayne Long, Jr. passed away March 17, 2018, he was born February 10, 1991 in Kansas City, Missouri to the union of Michael Dawayne Long, Sr. and Bonnie Jean Clark.
Michael Dawayne Long, Jr. grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. He attended school in the Kansas City Missouri School District, graduating from Southeast High School.
Michael, Jr., was a very hard worker at all the jobs he held. His last job was at Sears Outlet as a warehouseman, for the last four years.
He enjoyed basketball, football, and boxing with his friends and family. He had a lifelong dream to develop his Tee Shirt Line “Ghetto Bear” which he couldn’t wait to get his dream out to the public and in mask production. That was his passion.
Michael was kind hearted, loyal, and devoted Dad to his daughter, Journey who was the love of his life, he liked spending time with his daughter, he would take her to the park, to the zoo, he was glad to be a father to her. He and his daughter Journey had a special bond, no one could every break between them there was nothing he would not do for his daughter, Journey he loved her with all his heart.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, W. C. Clark; Gloria Hayes; Ralph Long; Barbara Long; and uncle, Jeffrey Long, Sr.,
Michael Jr., is survived by his daughter, Journey Long; mother, Bonnie J. Clark; father, Michael D. Long, Sr.; sisters, Kila S. Davis; Ashley Ann Clark; brother, Aaron J. Davis; mother of his daughter, Reyneisha Hewitt; a host of nieces, nephew, aunties, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
