My deepest condolences to Chester, Karen, Cynthia, Alice, grandsons, and dear family and friends of the Owens family. Sincere sympathy on the loss of a great lady, who also acted as mother to the entire community, especially to the families who lived on Rowland. I pray that all of us continue to make a difference in this world, as Ms. Owens has done. Her generosity and legacy will live on in me and so many others. God continue to give her families strength during this time of transition.
