James Tyrone Spears

James Tyrone Spears was born December 8, 1996 to Tyrone D. Spears and Tamara C. Bailey.  He was referred to as a “gentle giant” because of his size, but always a friendly heart.

James was a football player and a People to People Student Ambassador.  He graduated from Raytown South High School in 2015 and went straight to work for the Missouri Department of Transportation.  Although he had held many jobs his favorite thing to work on was his music.  His love of music and it’s creation process was his passion. 

God called James home on November 8, 2018.  Preceding him in death his father, Tyrone D. Spears; and his grandfather, Otis Spears, Sr.

James leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Tamara (T.C.); his grandmothers, Linda Katherine Bailey (Kay Kay); and Flora Spears; his grandfather, Eugene Dillard, his uncles. Michael D. Spears, Sr.; and Otis Spears; god-parents, Adrian T. Smith; and Remona R. Miller; girlfriend, Alliyah S. Washington; a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins, extended family, and close friends.
