Herthon Uzell Wesley

Life’s Reflection

Herthon Uzell Wesley was born in Kansas City, Kansas on October 15, 1958.  He was the third child born to the union of Ruben and Margaret R. (Thomas) Wesley.  His grandfather; grandmother; and his father, Ruben Wesley, Sr. preceded him in death.

Herthon was a proud man that truly loved his family, and he accepted Christ at a very early age.

He graduated from Wyandotte High School in 1977. He had his first child Tiffany Nunn at an early age.  He later married Judith Wilkins and to this union three children was born, twins Jessica; and Jennifer Wesley; and Alexis Wesley.

After graduation, he worked construction in Kansas City.  He later relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where he continued to work construction.  When he returned to Kansas City he continued his career in construction and concrete pouring until he retired due to illness.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his children, Tiffany Nunn; Jessica; Jennifer; and Alexis Wesley of Kansas City, Kansas; his mother, Margaret R. Richardson of Kansas City, Kansas; his sister, Renita Weed of Kansas City, Missouri; his brother, Ruben (Ron) Wesley, Jr. of Kansas City, Missouri; his baby brother, Laverio (Ludvick) and Tiffany Richardson of Ft. Worth, Texas; his Aunt Bessie Bagby; and her children of Kansas City, Kansas; a host of other relatives and friends.
