Remembering Tryston Life

On January 29, 1993 Tryston V. Patterson, Sr. was born to Solomon V. Patterson and Ruby D. (Brown) Patterson-Lawson, in Kansas City, Kansas.

Tryston attended school in the Kansas City, Kansas School District and graduated from J. C. Harman High School in 2011.

Tryston developed a love for music, writing, producing and singing about “LIFE”.  Soon thereafter, he met Precious Marshay Lewis the love of his life.  Two sons were born, and he recently made her his wife on August 20, 2016, Tryston loved his wife and children dearly, he was a great provider, and protected his family.

Tryston loved bringing people together and spending time with family.  Tryston had a way of lighting up a room with his bright smile, clever conversations encouraging words and infectious laugh.  Tryston spoke the truth and had a strong belief in God.  Tryston wasn’t perfect, but strived to do what was right in the sight of God and those whom he encouraged

On Saturday November 19, 2016 God called his child home.  Tryston’s death was untimely and unexpected but, our plans are not Gods plans, and God had a better plan.

Although, Tryston will be greatly missed we will see him again.  On Saturday November 19, 2016. Heaven doors were opened and Tryston was reunited with his grandfather Deacon Harry A. Brown, Sr. AKA: “PaPa” whom he loved and missed dearly.

Tryston leaves to mourn, his wife, Mrs. Precious Marshay Patterson; two sons, Tryston V. Patterson, Jr.; and Tre’Shawn V. Patterson of Kansas City, Kansas; father, Solomon V. Patterson (Dorice) of Kenosha, Wisconsin; mother, Mrs. Ruby D. Patterson-Lawson of Kansas City, Kansas; three sisters, Ebony L. Patterson-Jackson (Kenney); and Erica Y. Patterson of Kansas City, Kansas; Brianna Patterson of Kenosha, Wisconsin; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Carol A. Brown of Kansas City, Kansas; Paternal grandmother, Ms. Jettie M. Madden, of Kansas City, Missouri;  one niece, Mariah L. Jackson; best friend and brother, Juaun Wilson; aunt, Alonda Brown; three very close cousins, Bria’ Brown; Diamon Brown; Cameron Brown; and a host of family and friends.

Tryston may be gone, but his life and legacy will live on.
