Randolf Spears

Reflections of Life

Randolf (Bear) Spears was the fourth child born to Howard Lee and Willie Bell (Jones) Spears on December 22, 1958. Randolf departed this life January 23, 2016. He was proceeded in death by his parents Howard Lee and Willie Bell Spears, his sister Rosemary Spears and granddaughter Rochelle Spears.

Randolf attended school in the Kansas City Kansas Public School District and graduated from Sumner High School in 1976. He was employed at Tri-City Construction, Hayward’s Pit Bar B Que, Wolferman’s Bakery and Perrigo. Randolf also operated “What’s Your Pleasure Detail Shop” for several years. Randolf "Bear" was always there for his family and friends. You could always depend on "Bear".

He leaves to cherish his memory: two sons, Randy and Wesley and son Michael Berry; seven grandchildren, A’nezhia, Amiah, DaJenae, Takiyah, Da’Kwan, R’Wanda, Randy Jr.; two brothers, Winston, Van; two sisters, Gale, Rhonda; two nieces, LaRhonda, Symone; one nephew, Evan; two great nieces, De’Jenae, Ely'ahn; two great nephews, TyJuan, Sy’Mar and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

God’s Promises

God gives grace for each trial, and courage for each sorrow, and faith to face in confidence a Blessed, bright tomorrow.
