Phillip Blair Fletcher was born to Phillip and Ruth Fletcher on February 27, 1961 in Kansas City, KS. He accepted Christ at an early age. In 1986, Phillip married his high school sweetheart, Jacquey; and one daughter, Bianca, was born of that union.
Phillip graduated from F. L. Schlagle High School in 1979 and attended Johnson County Community College, University of Missouri - Rolla and Kansas State University. Phillip was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and earned an Associate’s Degree in Information Systems. Phillip also earned a red belt in Tae Kwon Do; and he loved travelling, jazz and movies (especially action and science fiction movies). In addition, he enjoyed deer hunting by bow and arrow, mentoring his nieces and nephews and coaching football.
Phillip fought a valiant 20-year battle against several serious health conditions and passed away on Monday, November 23, 2015 at age 54.
