In Loving Memory

Sammy was born on February 21, 1996 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Anthony Lee Stout and Terri Ann Carr. Sammy grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He enjoyed skateboarding and drawing.

Kenny or Sammy, no matter the nickname, you couldn't help but love him. Sammy grew up surrounded by girls. He had an older sister and two little sisters from his mom. So from early on he was a romantic and good with girls. He was the kind of person that loved making people laugh, even if it was at his own expense. Sammy had an unforgettable giggle that was contagious to all who heard it. He had a goofy smile that melted your heart. He loved with all of himself and was very protective of those he cherished.

Despite the obstacles in life, Sam was always able to find the happiness in them. He always brightened everyone’s day and touched so many lives. Sammy tried to live in the moment, always looking for the excitement in life. He loved to skateboard and wear his bruises and scrapes with pride. He was full of courage and tried to experience life full of wonder.
In Sam's teenage years he discovered his creativeness and talent for art. He enjoyed drawing, painting, and even made dream catchers. He got a joy out of making things for those he loved. Sammy always made sure you knew you were loved; that he loved you.
Sammy was passionate about love, about life and a future. Though brought to an end far too early, he made a difference for a lot of people.  Many will mourn his loss, but he will never be forgotten. Through the love and light, he brought to us, he will live on.
