Idora Jeanette Henderson

Miss Idora Jeanette Henderson was born on August 11, 1943 in Kansas City, Kansas to John and Ruby Henderson.  She was the youngest of five children.

Her parents, John and Ruby Henderson; son, daughter in law, and granddaughter, Cecil; Tracy; and Sydney Stowers; siblings, Dorothy; and John; all preceded her in death.

Idora worked at several jobs, operating her own business before working and retiring with 30 years of service from General Motors, while she was employed she served as a Union Steward. 

Idora graduated from Sumner High School, the Great Class of 1961.  She was dedicated to her class and attended all events.

She leaves to her death son, Paul Wyatt (Tia); Stepdaughter, Aretha Dandridge; grandchildren, LaCresha Williams (Raphael); Cameron Davis of Denver, Colorado; Briana Williams (Damion); Lisa Wyatt; Paula Jackson (Quinton); Stacy Barnett (Bennett); and Sean Dandridge (Kristy); sisters, Rose Betts; and Jacqueline Glover (Leroy); host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great-grandchildren and friends.
