Gloria Elizabeth (Thompson) Hall

Life’s Reflection

Gloria Elizabeth (Thompson) Hall was born to the late William and Terrethe (Buckman) Thompson on December 21, 1923 in Kansas City, Kansas.  To this loving union three children were born.  She was raised in the Catholic faith.  She was the only daughter with two brothers. 

She met and was united in holy matrimony to Willie B.  Hall on February 12, 1943.  To this loving union, three children were born.  

She was baptized and accepted Christ and became a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, now known as Our Lady & St. Rose Catholic Church.  Gloria was a member of the Church for over seventy years and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary.

Gloria was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking from scratch and sewing.  She loved and enjoyed selling Amway products.  She was a loving Foster Mother to several children.

She was a devoted wife for seventy-four years, she surrounded herself with family and friends.  Her sense of fashion was timeless.  She will forever be loved by all, who were privileged to know and loved by her.

Gloria leaves to cherish her memories, husband, Willie Hall of Kansas City, Kansas; two daughters, Hazel Goza (Andrew) of Kansas City, Missouri; Marie Grave (Raymond) of Raymore, Missouri; one son, Herbert “Herbie” Hall (Paulette) of Kansas City, Kansas; seven grandchildren, Todd Goza; Tiffany Goza both of Kansas City, Missouri; Korri Thompson (Robert) of Kansas City, Kansas; Brea Griffith (Korey) of Dallas, Texas; Kayla Hall; Assunta Leaper; and Donald Leaper, Jr. (Erica) all of Kansas City, Kansas; five great grandchildren; a host of nephews nieces relatives and friends.
