Alease Miller was born on April 27, 1924 in Kansas City, Kansas to the late Robert Carlton and Lottie Bell Morris. She and her siblings were baptized at First A.M.E. church at an early age. Her elementary and secondary education was completed in the Kansas City School System.
Alease was united in marriage to Albert Norman in 1941, from that union a daughter Andria was born. Years later she married James Miller from that union Donna was born and later Linda.
Alease was employed at Menorah Medical Center, Wilson's Sporting Goods, Ernest Young Accounting Firm and Federal Reserve Bank.
She was a member of Trinity A.M.E. Church for 50 yrs. She loved her church and was a faithful member until her decline. She was an excellent fund raiser. She would get tickets for the Sunday school to attend the Circus and Disney on Ice annually. She belonged to the Paramount Workers.
Alease Miller passed away on September 19, 2015 at Medical Lodge Acute Care in Kansas City, KS.
She is survived by her daughters, Andria Love of Raytown, MO; Linda Kidd of Topeka, KS; Donna (Willie) Cullars of Lithonia, GA.; granddaughters, Gene'nate' Cullars of Lithonia GA.; Shyeasta Cullars of Athens GA.; and Brionna Kidd of Topeka, KS; grandsons, JaaLaveyn; JaeBreyn; Jaiden; and Coriawn; two sisters, Glenda Alexander of Kansas City, KS; Arthelia Gatlin of Kansas City, MO; plus a host of nieces; nephews; and friends.
